OCC understands that a decision to open, close or delay opening the center during inclement weather often disrupts family schedules.
Our top priority is always the safety of the children and staff, so these decisions are never easy to make. We will consider the following information when making our determination: road conditions from local law enforcement and road crews, snow and ice accumulation, precipitation throughout the day, storm timing, trajectory and projection, temperature and wind chills and local school closures.
