Enrollment Policy
OCC strives to place each child in the program and schedule that best meets the family’s needs while considering center availability.
Minimum enrollment is two full days or three half days per week for all children.
Securing Your Child's Enrollment
Families are encouraged to schedule a tour before enrolling to learn about our programs, visit classrooms, and meet staff.
Once a spot is offered by the Center Director, families must pay the Registration Enrollment Fee and complete the Fee Agreement and Registration Form to secure enrollment. The fee holds a spot for an expected infant for up to four months from the child’s birth date, and for all other children, up to four months from the date the fee is paid. Fees are outlined in the Programming Fees section.

Licensing and Required Records
OCC is a licensed Group Child Care Center. Licenses, corrective action notices, and state regulations are available at each center near the parent sign-in area. Please contact your Center Director with questions.
All required enrollment, health, immunization, and applicable infant/toddler forms must be submitted by the child’s first day and kept up to date. Missing or outdated health records must be addressed promptly. Children may be disenrolled until required records are current.
The Center Director shares relevant health and emergency care information with staff responsible for your child. Toilet training and walking are not enrollment requirements. Food allergies and special health needs are posted confidentially in the classroom.
Inclusion and Accessibility
OCC complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and strives to welcome children and employees with disabilities or special needs to the best of our ability.
