Darleen Reichardt

Darleen has been an important part of the OCC family since April 2000! She began her journey with OCC working briefly as a classroom teacher before transitioning into the office, where she has continued to support the center in many ways. Over the years, Darleen has become a familiar and valued member of our team, bringing her knowledge, experience, and business expertise to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Darleen is married and has an adult daughter. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places, making memories, and experiencing all that the world has to offer.
Educational Experience
Darleen brings a unique combination of early childhood knowledge and business experience to her role at OCC. In addition to completing the required early childhood education courses, she earned a business degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. Her background allows her to combine an understanding of the childcare field with valuable administrative and organizational skills.
In 2010, Darleen furthered her professional development by completing her Wisconsin Registry Administrator Credential, demonstrating her commitment to continued learning and growth in the child care profession.
With more than two decades of experience at OCC, Darleen’s dedication and knowledge have made her a valued part of our team. We are grateful for all she contributes to our center and the families we serve!
