Hello, my name is Ms. Anika! I have been working at OCC since September 2024, and I have absolutely loved every moment. Early childhood education is by far the most rewarding job I have ever had. I love how creative and thoughtful children can be, and I truly thrive in a fast-paced environment. What makes OCC so special to me is the strong sense of community we’ve built here. From teachers and administrators to parents and grandparents, everyone works together as a team to provide the best quality care for our children.
Educational Experience
I am a Level Three Wisconsin Registry member, and my training includes Introduction to the Child Care Profession, Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care, Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher, the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards, and Reframing and Responding to Behaviors That Challenge You.
