Mequon Infant Toddler Assistant
My name is Madelina, and I have been with OCC since 2023. During my time here, I have had the opportunity to work as both a Lead Teacher and a Floater, gaining experience with children of all age groups. I enjoy supporting each child’s growth and learning, whether it’s through hands-on activities, creative projects, or everyday routines.
I am currently enrolled in classes through MATC as I explore my future career path. While I determine the direction I want to take in life, I find great joy in working with the children at OCC and being part of their daily discoveries and accomplishments. Being able to contribute to a nurturing and engaging environment for the children has been a truly rewarding experience, and I look forward to continuing to grow as an educator alongside them
Educational Experience
I have received training in Introduction to the Child Care Profession, Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care, Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher, and WMELS (Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards).
